How to Enroll
Getting started with our CFS program is simple:
- Speak with your Regional Center Service Coordinator about your interest in CFS
- Your coordinator will arrange an IPP team meeting to evaluate how our services can benefit you
- Upon referral, our CFS specialist will meet with you and your family to discuss your goals and needs
- Together, we'll create a personalized support plan that identifies your specific needs
- We'll implement your plan with regular check-ins and adjustments as your needs evolve
