Welcome to Centered Family Support Services ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at www.centeredfamilysupport.org (the "Service") and any related services offered by Centered Family Support Services.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

4. Service Eligibility
Our services are designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities who choose to live with their families. To be eligible for our Coordinated Family Support program, individuals must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Live with their family
- Receive Regional Center services
Eligibility for specific services may be determined through an assessment process in coordination with your Regional Center Service Coordinator.
5. Service Provision
Centered Family Support Services agrees to:
- Provide services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate licensure and certifications
- Employ qualified staff who receive appropriate training and supervision
- Respect the dignity, privacy, and individual rights of all clients
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws
- Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Regularly review and update service plans as needed
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client or family member receiving our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding your needs, health status, and other relevant information
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of your service plan
- Treat our staff with respect and dignity
- Provide a safe environment for the delivery of services in your home
- Notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule appointments
- Provide feedback about the services you receive
- Fulfill any financial obligations associated with your services
7. Payment and Funding
Our services are typically funded through Regional Centers. There is usually no direct cost to eligible individuals and families. During your initial consultation, we'll discuss funding options and help you navigate the process of securing coverage for our services.
If any direct payment is required for services not covered by Regional Center funding, we will provide clear information about costs and payment procedures before services begin.
8. Termination of Services
Centered Family Support Services reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:
- The client no longer meets eligibility requirements
- The client's needs exceed the scope of services we can safely provide
- The client or family members engage in behavior that threatens the safety of our staff
- Repeated failure to comply with agreed-upon service plans
- Non-payment for services when applicable
We will provide reasonable notice of service termination and assist with referrals to alternative service providers when appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Centered Family Support Services and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Centered Family Support Services.
10. Links To Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Centered Family Support Services.
Centered Family Support Services has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Centered Family Support Services shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
11. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Centered Family Support Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
